By purchasing our services the customer accepts to Magic Angles Laundry, LLC Terms and Conditions.
■ Pick up & Delivery
□ Customer MUST be available to give or receive items from delivery driver within the schedule time-slot.
■ NO-SHOW FEE $5.00
□ If the customer can not be reached during the time slot schedule. The driver will have to move to the next stop on their route.
□ Our front Clerk will contact the customer to reschedule the appointment.
■ 3 Contact Attempts
Our driver will make 3 attempts to contact customer upon arrival.
□ Apt. Buzzer / Ring doorbell
□ Call phone # on account
□ Text # on account
■ Lost or Damage Items
Our team will do everything in there power to prevent loss or damage to items during the Wash and Fold process. When processing, all orders are washed separately. However because of the sheer volume of orders loss and damage is inevitable. All laundering process no matter how gentle , causes normal wear and tear. As a result of this we will not be held responsible wear and tear of laundering including loss of buttons, holes, fading and, abrasions. We do not examine every single garment prior to placing it into the Laundry. Therefore if something is meant to be "dry cleaned only" please do not include it in the laundry you give us. We also reserve the right to decline to cleaning a garment if we think it my lead to trouble.

LOST LAUNDRY
As much as we wish to be able to track every piece of clothing you give us, it is impossible. As a result, we can not be held responsible for any lost items. We have no efficient way of verifying any particular piece of laundry in the first place. Rest assure that all orders are washed and dried separately. All orders are label with your name and the only time they are loose are when they are inside the washer, dryer or on the folding table. If you believe you are missing an item, notify us within 24hr
